Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or Any Related Field
1-3 years
of experience in HR roles (freshers with strong skills may also apply)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in
MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good understanding of HR processes and employee management
