Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Staffing



Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Manage end-to-end hiring process -- job posting, shortlisting, interviews, selection, and onboarding. Maintain a strong talent pipeline and coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement



Foster a positive work environment and handle employee grievances professionally. Develop and implement employee engagement programs. Conduct regular feedback sessions and maintain a healthy organizational culture.

3. Performance Management



Design and execute performance appraisal systems. Work with managers to set KPIs and monitor employee performance. Identify and address training and development needs.

4. Policy & Compliance



Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies. Manage employee records, attendance, and leave systems.

5. Compensation & Benefits



Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness. Administer employee benefits, incentives, and performance-based rewards. Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure internal equity.

6. Training & Development



Identify training needs through performance reviews. Plan and coordinate skill development and leadership programs. Maintain records of training and monitor outcomes.

7. HR Analytics & Reporting



Maintain HR metrics (attrition, headcount, attendance, etc.). Provide regular reports to management on HR performance indicators. Use data-driven insights to improve HR processes and strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,906.17 - ₹35,909.49 per month
