We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance & leave management, onboarding, and policy implementation. You will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain employee records and update databases regularly.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and coordinate for payroll processing.
Draft and issue HR letters such as offer letters, warning letters, and notices.
Plan and organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Handle employee queries and ensure smooth communication between staff and management.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, including attendance and performance data.
Conduct exit formalities and maintain proper documentation.
Support performance appraisal and feedback processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or Business Administration.
2+ years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (Odoo HR, Zoho, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
