We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our recruitment team. As an HR Recruiter, you will handle end-to-end hiring for various clients and play a key role in connecting talented professionals with exciting career opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Understand client hiring needs and job requirements.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate between clients and candidates.
Handle salary negotiation and joining formalities.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.
Track interview status and update reports.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure smooth onboarding.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in using job portals and LinkedIn for sourcing.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good understanding of HR and recruitment concepts.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (Any stream).
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory.
