Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding



Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and office positions. Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, screen resumes, conduct interviews. Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

Employee Relations



Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Promote a positive work environment and resolve employee grievances. Organize team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.

Training & Development



Identify training needs for plant and office staff. Coordinate internal and external training sessions. Maintain training records and track employee skill development.

Payroll & Administration



Support payroll processing, leave, and attendance management. Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per compliance. Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.).

Performance Management



Support appraisal cycles and performance review processes. Assist in setting KPIs and monitoring employee performance. Help implement reward and recognition programs.

HR Reporting



Prepare HR metrics and reports (attrition, recruitment, training). Maintain HR dashboards for management review.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
