Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
Handle employee grievances with professionalism and confidentiality, ensuring timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, including POSH, PF, ESI, and Shops & Establishment Act.
Provide accurate payroll inputs and maintain HRMS, reports, and employee records.
Oversee the exit process, full & final settlements, and support HR projects and policy updates
Manage front desk activities: calls, visitors, courier handling
Maintain office supplies, pantry stock, and vendor coordination
Track and report monthly
manager travel expenses
and reimbursements
Maintain travel expense tracker with date, destination, purpose, and amount
Coordinate meeting room bookings and basic hospitality arrangements
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of common office areas
