We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates, strong communication skills, and basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel. The role involves supporting the full HR cycle, from recruitment to onboarding and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.)
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and HR databases in Excel
Assist in onboarding new employees and completing joining formalities
Support in drafting HR-related letters, documents, and reports using MS Word
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
Assist in day-to-day operations and HR activities
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in HR or Recruitment (Freshers with good communication can apply)
Strong understanding of sourcing and screening techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in
MS Word and Excel
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
