As an HR Executive in Operations, you will be responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day HR operations within the organization. You will leverage the Keka HR portal to streamline HR processes, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, efficient data handling, and compliance with HR policies. The HR Executive is responsible for maintaining records, payroll management, employee onboarding, and providing HR support to employees.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Proficiency in using HRMS platforms, preferably Keka HR.
Basic understanding of payroll systems and statutory compliance.
Familiarity with HR tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong Communication; Both written and verbal communication skills.
Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
