Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end
recruitment and selection
process -- job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update
employee records
, attendance, and leave management systems.
Support
payroll coordination
and ensure timely submission of attendance and salary inputs.
Assist in drafting and implementing
HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
.
Plan and execute
employee engagement activities
, festivals, and internal events.
Handle
grievances and employee queries
with empathy and confidentiality.
Coordinate with department heads for
performance evaluations
and feedback sessions.
Ensure
statutory compliance
(PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.) and maintain accurate HR documentation.
Support HR audits, exit formalities, and overall administrative support.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR operations or similar role (fresh graduates with strong HR internship experience may also apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Positive attitude and passion for fostering a great workplace culture.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
