HR Executive
who can manage our people operations and support recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment -- from job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews to offer letters and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Maintain candidate database and pipeline for future hiring.
Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth joining formalities.
2. HR Operations
Maintain employee records and attendance.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit documents.
Manage leave records and ensure timely payroll input.
Assist in policy implementation and HR documentation.
3. Employee Engagement
Plan and organize team events, celebrations, and recognition activities.
Conduct monthly feedback sessions and help build a positive work environment.
Support employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
4. Communication & Coordination
Communicate clearly in English -- both written and verbal.
Coordinate between management and team members effectively.
Draft HR emails, memos, and announcements professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment (preferably in IT company).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR software/tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Positive attitude, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.
Good to Have:
Experience with HRMS tools (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, or similar).
Familiarity with performance review systems or employee engagement initiatives.
Understanding of IT/technical recruitment (WordPress, Shopify, React, etc.)
