We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to support the day-to-day operations of our HR department. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Skills & Requirement:
Fluent English speaking is mandatory
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience to handle Employee Queries
Roles & Responsibilities:
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Attend inbound & outbound calls
Assist in recruitment processes: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
Assist with payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
Support employee engagement and training initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee queries and provide HR support as needed.
Generate reports related to HR metrics as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
