Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).

Liaise with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.

Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification.

Organize and manage onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement



Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.

Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.

Assist in performance management processes.

3. HR Operations



Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.

Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, relieving, etc.).

Ensure accurate documentation and filing of HR records.

Assist in monthly payroll processing and attenda nce management.

4. Compliance & Policies



Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Assist in audits and internal reviews related to HR.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of experience in an HR role (generalist or specialist).
Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
