Job Description

The HR Executive/Manager will handle payroll management, employee relations, and overall HR functions. This role requires strong organizational and people management skills to ensure smooth workforce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records. Oversee attendance, leave, and employee database management. Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. Manage employee grievances and resolve workplace issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Support performance management and appraisals. Handle day-to-day HR operations and team management.
Requirements

Experience:

1-3 years in HR operations.

Education:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills:

Knowledge of payroll management & HR policies. Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Team management & problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software/tools.
Compensation

Salary:

Up to ₹30,000 per month
