Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Oversee the entire hiring process, from posting jobs and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires, and managing background checks and orientation.

Employee Relations & Welfare:

Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing conflicts, and implementing employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.

Compliance & Policy:

Ensure adherence to education sector regulations and labor laws, develop and update HR policies, and manage employee benefits and compensation programs.

Payroll & Administration:

Accurately process payroll, manage employee leave records, and maintain confidential HR records and databases, including employee files and attendance.

Performance Management:

Support the performance appraisal process, assist in creating employee development plans, and provide guidance to managers on HR matters.

Staff Development:

Coordinate training programs for staff, helping to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with professional development requirements in the education sector.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
