Salary Range:

?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience)

HR Executive

to join our team and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle Handle statutory compliances including

ESIC, PF, Gratuity, and Labor Laws

Maintain employee records and HR documentation Support recruitment and onboarding processes Assist in payroll management and related compliance Foster a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (HR / Management preferred)

Experience in HR with knowledge of ESIC, PF, and Labor Law compliance is a must

Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
