Employee Engagement & Communication
Planning employee activities, birthdays, and festival celebrations
Designing posters for employee of the month, job openings, and internal events
Drafting internal messages, newsletters (KTG & Opti Matrix), and announcements
Handling employee issues and ensuring a healthy workplace culture
Recruitment & Talent Management
Drafting s (JD) & LinkedIn job postings
Coordinating interviews, calls, and follow-ups
Assisting in increment lists and appraisal discussions
Admin & IT Coordination
RDP setup, ID/password sheet maintenance & CCTV monitoring
Random PMS checks & reporting to management
Basecamp / PMS training coordination (as required)
Meetings & Presentations
Preparing & presenting team meeting PPTs
Regular updates and meetings with management
Continuous Learning
Staying updated on HR best practices & compliance
Reading, research & implementing new SOPs

Pay: ₹11,855.14 - ₹25,914.32 per month
