Key Responsibilities and Duties
Manage end-to-end
recruitment and onboarding process
: job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters, and inductions.
Maintain and update
employee records, attendance, and payroll data
.
Ensure
statutory compliance
(PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, etc.) and timely submission of returns.
Handle
employee relations
, grievance redressal, and disciplinary procedures.
Develop and implement
HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
in alignment with company standards.
Coordinate and organize
training & development programs
to upgrade employee skills.
Conduct
performance appraisals
and support management in implementing performance improvement plans.
Oversee
welfare, health, and safety initiatives
to maintain a positive work environment.
Drive
employee engagement activities
to improve morale and retention.
Support management in
manpower planning, organizational development, and succession planning
.
Prepare and maintain HR-related
MIS reports and dashboards
for management review.
Qualifications and Skills
Graduate / MBA / PGDM in
Human Resource Management
or related field.
Proven experience as
HR Executive / HR Officer / HR In-Charge
in a manufacturing/industrial setup.
Strong knowledge of
labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices
.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Skilled in
MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems
.
Proactive, people-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
