Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
Coordinate training, employee engagement, and performance management activities.
Support HR policies, procedures, and audits.
Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA-HR / MSW preferred).
2-5 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Willing to work from Our Plant based at Hadamatala.
