We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR professional to manage human resources functions in our mechanical construction company. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR policies, statutory compliance, recruitment, workforce management, and employee relations within an industrial or construction project environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & On boarding:
Coordinate with project managers to assess manpower needs.
Source and recruit fitters, welders, engineers, supervisors, and other site staff.
Conduct on boarding, induction, and joining formalities.
Employee Records & Documentation:
Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, leave, PF/ESI details).
Manage employee database, ID cards, and contracts.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements:
Ensure adherence to labour laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour Act, etc.).
Coordinate with contractors and ensure their compliance with site regulations.
Payroll & Attendance:
Coordinate with accounts to process monthly payroll and attendance reports.
Handle time sheets, overtime, and leave management.
Employee Relations:
Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
Promote a positive and safe work environment.
Training & Development:
Organise safety training, skill up gradation, and toolbox talks.
Maintain training records and certifications.
Site HR Coordination (if applicable):
Support project HR activities at construction sites.
Ensure smooth HR operations across multiple locations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
