Job Description

What You'll Do:



? Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.

? Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.

? Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

? Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.

? Coordinate with team leads/managers to track and review employee performance.

? Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.

? Maintain and update HR documents and databases.

? Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.

? Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback.

? Manage clearance process and documentation for departing employees.

Requirements:



? Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

? Around 3 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 1 year in the IT industry.

? Strong knowledge of HR functions.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

? Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools/portals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,850.73 - ₹40,000.00 per month
