Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in payroll preparation, attendance, and leave management.
Draft HR letters, policies, and ensure statutory compliance.
Coordinate training, development, and employee engagement activities.
Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Ensure smooth exit formalities & documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR/Management.
1-3 years of proven experience as HR Executive or similar role.
Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & HR software.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
