Position Overview:
Join our growing tech team to run end-to-end HR operations, IT recruitment coordination, smooth onboarding, HRIS/data accuracy, payroll inputs, employee engagement, and basic compliance. The role suits someone who loves structured processes, quick turnarounds, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced IT setup.
Roles and responsibilities:
Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
Coordinate performance cycles, appraisals, training, and feedback logistics.
Managing employee exit formalities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
