Job Summary



We are hiring an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The role also involves maintaining employee records, supporting HR operations, and assisting in employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:



Understand hiring requirements & create job postings. Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn & referrals. Screen resumes & conduct telephonic/initial interviews. Schedule & coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Manage end-to-end recruitment process till onboarding. Maintain candidate database & recruitment reports.

Strong experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing. Ability to screen resumes and shortlist candidates effectively. Skilled in coordinating interviews and managing the onboarding process. Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and teams.

Qualification:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Freshers with0-1 years of experiencein HR. Basic Knowledge of HR Process.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
