Job Description

Payroll Management:



Process monthly payroll through

KEKA HRMS

with complete accuracy. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity, etc.) and generate reports from KEKA. Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and employee master data. Handle employee queries regarding salary, deductions, and reimbursements. Prepare payroll MIS, salary registers, reconciliations, and audit support. Manage full & final settlements of employees.

Recruitment & Onboarding:



Understand manpower requirements and create job postings. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies. Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews in coordination with managers. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to selection). Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain recruitment records. Handle pre-joining formalities and smooth onboarding of new hires.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Hands-on experience with

KEKA HR & Payroll software

. Knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and HR operations. Recruitment skills: sourcing, interviewing, and closing positions. Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. High accuracy, confidentiality, and time management.

Qualification & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in HR / Commerce / Finance. 2-4 years of combined experience in

Payroll & Recruitment

. Experience with

KEKA HRMS

preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
