Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and employee master data.
Handle employee queries regarding salary, deductions, and reimbursements.
Prepare payroll MIS, salary registers, reconciliations, and audit support.
Manage full & final settlements of employees.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Understand manpower requirements and create job postings.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies.
Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews in coordination with managers.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to selection).
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain recruitment records.
Handle pre-joining formalities and smooth onboarding of new hires.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Hands-on experience with
KEKA HR & Payroll software
.
Knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
Recruitment skills: sourcing, interviewing, and closing positions.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
High accuracy, confidentiality, and time management.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in HR / Commerce / Finance.
2-4 years of combined experience in
Payroll & Recruitment

Experience with
KEKA HRMS
preferred.
