Managing Employee Grievances. Leave and Attendance Management Arranging get to gather, party, picnic, games etc.... Compensation & Benefit management Ensuring Positive , motivational environment for better productivity Employees welfare, confirmation & relieving and exit interview formalities Employee records maintenance etc.....
