Responsibilities
Manage the
employee onboarding and exit process
smoothly.
Handle
recruitment activities
- sourcing, screening, coordination with hiring managers.
Maintain
HR documentation
such as contracts, personal files, and HRIS data.
Assist in
payroll preparation
and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Support
employee engagement programs
, celebrations, and surveys.
Address routine
employee queries
regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in
performance management cycle
and training coordination.
Prepare HR-related reports and dashboards for management review.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / MBA in HR preferred.
1-2 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment.
Understanding of
labour laws, payroll basics, and HR compliance
.
Good knowledge of
MS Excel, HRMS, or ATS tools
.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
