Managing employee life-cycle processes from hire to retire
Tapping multiple sources for staffing & fulfilling manpower (skilled / semi-skilled) needs of the organization based on continuous assessment of exits and new requirements
The person must possess experience and capability to hire as well as exit workers with equal ease as per business needs
Custodian of HR & Administration policies, processes, standard operating procedures with heavy focus on systems and process orientation
Driving social & sustainability audit compliance and certification programs covering business process-flow and people process-flow in a client-focussed environment
In-depth and hands-on exposure to management of blue-collared workforce, contract workforce, Industrial Relations, employment law matters, Statutory compliances, licenses
Supervision of wages & salary administration with hands-on expertise in workmen's compensation like piece-rate / fixed-rate, production incentive systems
Maintaining workplace discipline and harmony with a pro-active approach to communication

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
