Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Coordinate with management for HR policies and process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR/Management or related field.
2-3 years of experience as HR Executive/HR Generalist.
Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and labor laws.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
