Recruitment & Selection Process

Pay roll process.

Maintenance of office.

Administer compensation and benefit plans.

Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.

Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.

Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.

Exams of Sales department.

Overview plant activities.

ISO Documentation handling.

Implicating HR policy and Practices, keep updating accordingly.

Reporting to the MD

Reduce Turnover and absenteeism.

Qualification :



MBA/BBA/MSW IN HR Required Experience 0-2 years Developers and Design kindly not applied
