Job Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and ensuring smooth employee onboarding.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization. To maintain daily attendance records, process payroll on time, and ensure accurate timekeeping and labor attendance. Address employee grievances, manage performance appraisals based on KPIs, KRAs, and JDs, and ensure employee performance aligns with organizational goals. Conduct employee joining formalities, prepare files, collect documents, and issue necessary safety items and ID cards. Develop and monitor training programs, maintain an annual training calendar, and ensure compliance with safety and legal requirements. Handle the full and final formalities for exiting employees, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with legal standards. Oversee transport services, process Traveling Allowance and Daily Allowance (TADA) reimbursements, and ensure safety and efficiency. To manage office supplies ensuring inventory is stocked and coordinating the procurement of necessary documents. To Plan the visit agenda of the Field Team with the Directors & HOD and check for its adherence.
