ProtonBits Software Pvt Ltd is an Offshore Web and App Development Company. Offers services such as Hire dedicated developer, Mobile App Development, Web Development, E-Commerce Development, CRM Development and Cross Mobile Platform.

We are looking for experienced candidates to work as HR Executive at Ahmedabad for the domestic market. HR executive will be responsible for qualifying and generating new candidates.

Responsibilities and Duties

Sourcing the right talent for junior to senior level profiles through job portals (Naukri.com, Monster) LinkedIn, Employee Referrals, Headhunting, and advertisements. Conducting recruitment activity like shortlisting & screening of resumes. Responsible for planning & recruiting the right candidates within lead time. Short Listing the Candidate according to Job specification and requirement. Recruitment through multiple sources & across all levels within Optimum Time, Quality and Cost. Screening of Profiles and arranging HR round of Interviews. Scheduling and co-ordinating the Interview with the Panel. After the final round of Interviews going through the Reference Check. Handling joining formalities like i.e., filling forms, maintaining employee files & records, Document filing along with other Administrative work.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Candidate must possess good listening skills, confidence, multitasking ability, time management skill, Quick learner and Team working ability. Must hold good experience working on Job portals & professional networking sites like Naukri, monster and linkedIn. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
