Coordination with internal departments & external consultants.
2. Employee Engagement & Development:
Conduct induction/orientation programs.
Address employee grievances and ensure a healthy work environment.
Assess training needs and execute employee development programs.
3. HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain employee records in HRMS and personal files.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Process monthly payroll and manage benefits.
Handle liaison with government authorities when required.

Performance Management:
Oversee performance appraisal systems.
Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
5. Policy Implementation:
Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies in line with company values.
Promote ethical practices and ensure zero tolerance on compliance matters.
