Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Major Role) o Source, screen, and recruit candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking. o Communicate and coordinate with external recruitment agencies to meet staffing needs. o Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. o Maintain a candidate database and ensure smooth onboarding.
2. HR Operations & Payroll o Manage payroll through HR/payroll software. o Maintain attendance, leave, and employee database records. o Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, experience, etc.) and ensure compliance.
3. MIS & Reporting o Prepare and maintain Excel-based MIS reports for recruitment, attendance, payroll, and performance. o Share HR analytics and monthly dashboards with management.
4. Employee Engagement & Activities o Plan and organize employee engagement activities such as Fun Fridays, events, and celebrations. o Conduct feedback sessions to improve employee morale and retention.
5. General HR Activities o Manage onboarding, exit formalities, and employee documentation. o Address employee queries on payroll, HR policies, and workplace matters. o Assist in policy execution and support smooth daily HR operations.
