Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
: sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.
Manage
employee onboarding & offboarding
processes.
Execute and monitor
payroll, attendance, and leave management
.
Organize and drive
employee engagement activities
.
Maintain and update
HR policies, documentation, and compliance
.
Act as a bridge between employees and management for smooth communication.
Support performance management and grievance handling.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
? 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
? Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR processes.
? Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
? Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
