Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for both white-collar and blue-collar employees in a manufacturing setup. The role involves handling recruitment, salary & payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee relations, attendance management, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:1. Payroll & Compensation Management

Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees. Handle salary revisions, bonuses, and final settlements. Ensure compliance with statutory payments (PF, ESI, Gratuity, PT, TDS).
2. Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff and workers. Coordinate with agencies and job portals for manpower sourcing. Conduct interviews, background checks, and onboarding formalities.
3. Attendance & Leave Management

Monitor attendance records through biometric systems. Track leave records and update the Software accordingly. Handle shift schedules and overtime calculations.
4. Statutory Compliance

Ensure compliance with labour laws, including PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc. Maintain records for audits and statutory inspections. Coordinate with external consultants / Government Officials for timely filings.
5. Employee Engagement & Relations

Act as a point of contact for employee grievances. Conduct regular interaction sessions with workers and staff. Help in resolving issues related to behaviour, conflict, or performance.
6. HR Documentation

Maintain and update employee files and records. Draft letters, memos, and HR policy communications. Generate HR reports as required by management.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 5 years+ of HR experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance. Hands On experience with payroll software and HRMS systems. Ability to handle field staff and plant workers with sensitivity and firmness. understanding of
