Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, scheduling, interviews, offer rollouts).Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. Maintain candidate databases and ensure smooth communication throughout hiring.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
Facilitate new hire joining formalities and orientation programs. Ensure timely preparation of induction material and documentation. Handle full & final settlement process and exit interviews for outgoing employees.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor and maintain employee attendance records.Track and process leaves, ensuring compliance with company policies.Coordinate with payroll team to provide accurate data.
4. Employee Engagement & Events
Support in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and team-building activities.Assist in organizing company events and HR-related activities.Gather employee feedback and suggest initiatives to improve workplace culture.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and documentation.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Workplace Culture & Environment
Foster a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.Act as a point of contact for employees, promoting trust and open communication.Contribute to initiatives that build employee morale and positive energy at the workplace.
