Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Hiring

Handle end-to-end hiring process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding). Coordinate with team leads to understand hiring requirements.

Employee Management

Maintain employee records and attendance. Monitor

time tracking

and ensure proper shift/leave management. Handle employee queries related to HR policies.

Payroll Management

Prepare and manage monthly payroll. Maintain salary records, deductions, and compliance. Ensure timely disbursement of salaries.

Requirements:



Minimum

6 months of experience

in HR or related role. Knowledge of recruitment process, employee management, and payroll. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
