Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Utilize job portals for sourcing and validating potential candidates. Prepare engaging and accurate content for job postings. Oversee and manage employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment. Provide support in employee relations and talent development initiatives.

Skills Required:

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Effective convincing and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer knowledge.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources (BBA, MBA, or equivalent).
