Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:

? Manage talent acquisition process, including identifying hiring needs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, joining and on-boarding

? Must have experience with domestic job boards and hiring process

? Complete full time recruitment process

? Keep job description of employee of every department up to date for use.

? Manage documentation of new joined employee(hard copy as well as soft copy)

? Help to H.O.D with the performance management and evaluation process.

? Organize training program for newly joined to make him familiar to the organization,

? and its daily activities

? Manage payroll and attendance for all employee

? Handles investigation and resolve the Employee issues, concerns and conflict.

? Handle exit interview procedure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?11,813.88 - ?25,805.03 per month
