Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Handle onboarding formalities including documentation, induction, and orientation.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Ensure a healthy and positive work culture.
Payroll & Attendance Management
Maintain attendance, leave records, and update HRMS systems.
Assist in payroll processing by coordinating with the finance team.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, etc.).
Performance Management
Assist in performance appraisal process and maintain employee records.
Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans.
HR Operations & Compliance
Draft HR policies, letters, and contracts.
Maintain employee database and personal files.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR operations (Freshers with good knowledge can also apply).
