AI-based surveillance, Virtual Reality training simulations, robotics, and special-purpose machines

for Defence, Railways, and Public Safety sectors. We are rapidly expanding and looking for an

HR Executive

to drive our recruitment efforts and ensure a high-performance work culture.

Job Overview:



We are seeking a proactive

HR Executive

to handle end-to-end recruitment, particularly from top engineering and management colleges in India. This role involves

talent acquisition, salary negotiations, employee performance management, and maintaining company culture & discipline

. The ideal candidate should be experienced in hiring top-tier

engineering (EC, IC, Mechatronics, Computer Science)

and

MBA (Sales & Marketing)

talent while also managing employee KPIs and performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:



Develop and execute

campus recruitment strategies

for hiring fresh talent from top engineering and management institutes. Handle end-to-end

hiring process

- job posting, shortlisting, interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding. Build strong relationships with

placement cells

of

top engineering colleges, and top business schools

to attract the best talent. Identify and hire experienced professionals for

technical, sales, and marketing roles

. Source candidates through

LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and industry connections

.

2. Employee Performance & KPI Management:



Define and monitor

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

for employees across different departments. Conduct

performance reviews, feedback sessions, and appraisals

in collaboration with department heads. Implement employee

growth plans, training, and skill enhancement programs

.

3. Compensation & Salary Negotiation:



Benchmark industry salary trends and

negotiate compensation

for new hires to attract top talent within budget constraints. Structure

incentives, bonuses, and retention strategies

to maintain a high-performing workforce.

4. Employee Discipline & Culture Management:



Ensure

workplace discipline, adherence to company policies, and professional conduct

. Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace ethics enforcement. Foster a

positive and high-performance work culture

aligned with the company's vision.

5. HR Operations & Compliance:



Maintain

HR records, contracts, and compliance documents

. Ensure adherence to

labor laws and company policies

. Develop and manage

employee engagement programs, rewards, and team-building activities

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



0-2(max) years of experience

in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably in a

tech-driven company

. Proven experience in

campus hiring, talent acquisition, and managing end-to-end recruitment

. Strong

salary negotiation

skills with knowledge of industry compensation trends. Experience in

KPI management, employee performance evaluations, and appraisals

. Ability to manage

employee relations, conflict resolution, and company culture

. Familiarity with

HRMS software, LinkedIn hiring, and job portals

. Excellent

communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

.

Preferred Qualifications:



MBA in HR or related field

from a reputed institute. Experience in hiring

technical, sales, and marketing professionals

. Knowledge of labor laws, employee engagement practices, and industry best HR practices.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
