A skilled HR Executive is needed to join our team in the Import industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Recruitment, Onboarding, Record Keeping, Payroll and Benefits, Employee Relations, and Training and Development.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Conduct onboarding for new hires
Maintain accurate employee records
Handle payroll and benefits administration
Manage employee relations and address concerns
Implement training and development programs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the import industry
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
