Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, managing office supplies, and maintaining employee records. Assist with onboarding new employees and organizing training sessions. Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning. Communicate effectively with candidates and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
