Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Recruiting candidates through various portals & social media
Interview schedule & candidate follow-ups
Review & manage employee records
Complete Hiring process management
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Desired Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in recruitment
Hands-on experience on Job Portals preferred.
Experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter preferred)
