Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
Assist in implementing disciplinary procedures and maintaining proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and company policies.
Maintain and update statutory records (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Liaise with government authorities and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.
Coordinate technical and soft skills training programs for employees.
Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and overtime reports.
Maintain employee records
Support audits and HR reporting requirements.
Manage employee lifecycle documentation (confirmation, transfers, exits, etc.) Managing day-to-day administrative functions including canteen services, stationery requirements, vehicle coordination, local purchases, and visitor management.
Processing payroll for on-roll and contractual employees with accuracy and adherence to timelines.
Ensuring statutory compliance PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and keeping all necessary registers.
