Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end
recruitment process
: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update
employee records
and HR databases.
Assist in the development and implementation of
HR policies
and procedures.
Handle
employee grievances
and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor
attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs

Assist in compliance with
labour laws and statutory requirements
