Shift time is 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Manage END TO END Recruitments.
Assist in posting job openings and screening candidates
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates
Help with onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain and update employee records and databases
Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
Support the HR team in organizing training sessions and internal events
Ensure HR documentation and compliance are up to date
Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
0-2 years of experience in HR or administrative role
Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
