We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Female HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, fostering a positive work culture while ensuring that HR operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, have a good understanding of HR policies and practices, and be passionate about supporting employees and the overall growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of top talent.
Oversee employee relations, addressing conflicts and ensuring a positive working environment.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
Arrange employee training and development programs.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support payroll and benefits administration.
Develop and monitor metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR or related roles.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Certified HR Professional (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required
