Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Up to 2 years of experience. Recruitment. Payroll. Manage the onboarding process for new employees. Ensure accurate documentation of new employees, including preparation of offer letters, salary slips, and experience letters. Arrange uniforms for new joiners in accordance with company guidelines. Oversee housekeeping operations on the entire third floor. Draft and update company policies as needed. Follow up on mediclaim cases for the plants and the Surat office. Handle bill payments related to housekeeping and security services for the office and the premises. Manage payments related to staff expenses.
