:- Creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes.

:- Ability to understand key HR metrics such as recruitment, engagement and retention, and employee value and performance.

:- Analytical and data-driven.

:- Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and managing employee grievances.

:- Oversees the development and implementation of employee policies.

:- Manages employee benefits and performance evaluations and addresses employee grievances.

:- Attract the best talent to company

:- Implement performance review procedures.

:- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
